Q. I'm managing my own DNS. MX records?

A. I'm managing my own DNS. MX records?

First lets talk about your A records for your website. You should have two entries, one for www.yourdomain.com and one for yourdomain.com without the www (since many people don't bother to type it in).

Both of these should be "A" records and should resolve to this IP:
  208.64.57.29

If you need SSL (secure, certificate-encrypted site) we will issue you a dedicated IP, just open a support ticket.

If we're hosting your mail, here is the mailserver:

Mail server: mail.blackdoghosting.com.

Remember, for MX records you should enter your domain without the www. The mail server must end in a period exactly like it appears above.
